Walking a Sacred Path:
Rediscovering the Labyrinth as a Spiritual Practice

A Mini Retreat at Starrette Farm
Saturday, September 30, 2023
1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

  • Cost $35 per person

  • Facilitated by Ann Starrette & Nancy Bellamy

A labyrinth is a walking meditation, the journey quiets the

mind and moves the soul toward healing and wholeness.

Within Our Christian Story, the Labyrinth dates back to the Middle Ages and can be found laid in the floor of Chartres Cathedral in France, which dates to the thirteenth century. The Labyrinth at the Farm is similar to Chartres’.

What happens when a person walks the Labyrinth over time? We’ll learn the ancient Christian story, its divine purpose, and how it is used for spiritual centering that quiets the mind and moves the soul toward healing and wholeness.

Newcomer or Refresher: Whether you’re a newcomer to the Labyrinth or a frequent “walker,” please join us. We’ll review the basics, walk the path, and share our experience as we are refreshed, renewed, and empowered by the ancient practice used for centuries worldwide.
